Spa Policies and Fees

ADVANCE APPOINTMENTS
Demand for spa services is high, especially on weekends and holidays.
We highly recommend making a reservation several weeks in advance of our desired date and time.

SATURDAY SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
We strive to ensure guests have a five-star spa experience which includes ample places to sit and enjoy the spa’s relaxation areas without overcrowding. If time is limited, you may consider spa services on a Friday or Sunday which offers the option to purchase one spa service per person. Minimum requirements are Saturday guests are required two services per person.

CANCELLATIONS
As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full service rate charged to your account. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment, if possible.
If we are not able to reschedule your appointment time, your services will begin as previously scheduled. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled, so the next guest may begin promptly.

GRATUITY
For your convenience, a 20 percent gratuity is automatically applied to your bill and distributed to the staff. You are welcome to adjust these charges at any time.

THERAPISTS
Services are performed by both male and female therapists. If you have a gender preference please specify during booking. 

SPA ETIQUETTE
Kohler Waters Spa believes in maintaining a safe, friendly and quiet environment for both our Spa guests and staff. For this reason, the following actions are prohibited at the Spa:

  • Talking on cell phones
  • Use of camera feature in the locker rooms, treatment rooms and co-ed relaxation areas.

Please remember that all Kohler Spa therapists and other staff are experienced professionals here to provide you the highest level of service. We ask that in return you treat them with the same respect they will extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating. It is our goal to ensure all services are performed in a professional environment.

Failure to act in accordance with Spa Etiquette may lead to not being welcome at Kohler properties.

RETURN POLICY
Spa products may be exchanged, or credit will be given in the form of a gift card within 30 days of purchase.

GROUPS
We welcome groups to enjoy the spa. For groups of five or more desiring spa services and activities, please contact the Spa Group Coordinator. Some date restrictions apply. Please call 630-323-7674.
