FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY GROUP?
Advanced booking of at least six weeks is suggested for better availability as demand for appointments is high. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE SPA APPOINTMENTS FOR A GROUP?
A credit card is required to secure all spa appointments, and we will need the names of all guests, the specific services that each guest is requesting, as well as any special accommodations needed. Verbal or written acknowledgment of our cancellation policy is also required.

CAN I BRING BALLOONS, FOOD OR CHAMPAGNE FOR MY GUESTS?
Tabletop decorations are allowed with the rental of the Kohler Waters Spa Café. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any outside food or beverages.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS?
To avoid being charged full cost of confirmed spa appointments, we require prior notice for cancellations. Entire group cancellations — 72 hours prior to date of the visit. Individual guests — 24 hours prior to date of the visit. Since we are not in communication with all group guests individually, we rely on the group contact to communicate this policy to his or her group.
