Spa Policies and Fees 

AGE REQUIREMENTS
All guests must be at least 16 years of age.

THERAPISTS
Services are performed by both male and female therapists. If you have a gender preference, please specify during booking.

SPA APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Demand for spa services is high, especially on weekends and holidays. We highly recommend appointments be made several weeks in advance of your desired date and time.

WHAT TO BRING
You will need to bring your swimsuit for the Thermal Suite water experience room. Robes and towels are provided to all guests. We suggest leaving valuable jewelry at home.

CANCELLATIONS/LATE ARRIVALS
As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full-service rate charged to your account. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment, if possible. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment, which will end as scheduled.

WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY SERVICE REQUIREMENTS AND FEES
We strive to ensure that guests have an exceptional experience which includes ample space to sit and enjoy the spa’s relaxation areas without overcrowding. Our weekend and holiday minimum service requirements assist us in optimizing guest flow on our busiest days. Weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holiday pricing is $30 higher per service. The minimum service requirement is two 50- or 80-minute services per guest, February 17 – May 25, and select dates below.

Applies to Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and the following holidays: May 27, July 5, September 2, October 14, November 28, November 29, December 23 – January 1, 2025.

GRATUITY
For your convenience, a 20 percent gratuity will be added to service fees at check-in and can be adjusted at any time. No additional gratuities are expected or necessary.

GROUPS/WEDDINGS
We welcome groups. For groups of five or more desiring spa services and activities, please contact the Spa Group Coordinator at 630-323-7674. Some date restrictions apply.

SPA ETIQUETTE
Kohler Waters Spa believes in maintaining a safe, friendly, and quiet environment for both our spa guests and staff. For this reason, talking on cell phones and use of phone cameras in the locker rooms, treatment rooms, and relaxation areas is prohibited.

Please remember that all Kohler Waters Spa therapists and other staff are experienced professionals here to provide you the highest level of service. We ask that in return you treat them with the same respect they will extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating. It is our goal to ensure all services are performed in a professional environment. Failure to act in accordance with spa etiquette may result in removal from the property and future services may be refused.

CHECK-IN
We recommend that you arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your first treatment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service. To ensure your safety and comfort, we encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience. Give yourself time before your treatments to enjoy the Thermal Suite water experience room. Outside food and beverages, including alcohol, cannot be brought into the spa or spa café.

We invite you to visit our café, located near the spa entrance. Enjoy a delicious menu offering selections created with your well-being in mind.

Gift cards are available for purchase at Kohler Waters Spa at Burr Ridge, at KOHLERCollection.com, or by calling 630-323-7674. Gift cards are redeemable at spa locations in Kohler, Wis.; Green Bay, Wis.; Chicago, Ill.; and Burr Ridge, Ill.
