KOHLER WATERS SPA LOCKER ROOM AMENITIES FOR MEN AND WOMEN
Digital lockers, soft robes and sandals, towels, body wash and lotion, shampoo and conditioner, disposable razors and hair dryers.

We strive to ensure that guests checking in within 60 minutes of their first appointment have first priority for a locker.  Guests checking in 60 minutes or more in advance of their first appointment time may be assigned a locker as soon as one becomes available.

SPA ATTIRE
You will be given a plush robe and spa sandals, which you will wear before your services and during your spa visit. During each service, the areas of the body not involved will be covered. If you feel more comfortable, you can wear undergarments so that you can relax and enjoy your service. Lockers are provided.

YOUR TREATMENT ROOM EXPERIENCE
Your name will be called in the relaxation lounge by your technician. After escorting you to your treatment room, your technician will leave the room in order for you to undress to your level of comfort, hang up your robe and settle in under the comfortable linens. You will begin either face down or face up on the treatment table, according to your technician’s direction. The therapist will knock before reentering to make sure that you are ready. Our spa providers have been trained to respect the privacy of our guests, using professional draping techniques during your entire service. We encourage you to share any comfort requests with your therapist immediately so that any adjustments may be made.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY SPA SERVICE?
It is always best to be relaxed when arriving for a treatment. We highly recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your service. Early arrival allows you to check in, change, shower and take a steam or sauna without rushing. You may relax in the spa lounges and enjoy an herbal tea and snacks. Arriving late will cause you to lose precious moments of your treatments. Allow enough time following your treatment to relax prior to your next appointment or departure.
